Job Title: Accounts Receivable Analyst – Luxury Brand

As an Accounts Receivable Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the financial experience for a curated portfolio of valued clients. This role involves monitoring accounts, supporting order processing, and ensuring timely and accurate receivables activity.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with managing outstanding balances across assigned customer accounts.
• Support the release of client orders by validating financial standing.
• Investigate and help resolve payment discrepancies and disputes.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (sales, finance, customer support) to ensure client satisfaction.
• Generate and review aging reports and account reconciliations.
• Support ad hoc financial tasks and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.
• 2–4 years of AR or financial operations experience.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and strong Excel skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Experience in a high-touch client environment is a plus.
