They represent individuals and companies nationwide in a wide array of legal matters. the firm is large enough to handle high-profile cases for some of the largest corporations in the country and world, while small enough to counsel individuals with personal care and precision. They are focused on complex matters in the areas of commercial litigation, securities and financial services, employment law, trade secret litigation, energy litigation and products liability defense.
