Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of personal injury litigation, from client intake to trial preparation.
- Represent clients in court proceedings and mediation, working toward favorable outcomes.
- Develop and implement strategic case plans in collaboration with an experienced legal team.
- Provide outstanding client service in both Spanish and English, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the legal process.
Qualifications:
- 1 Years of Litigation experience in Personal injury
- Fluency in both Spanish and English is required.
- Active Texas Bar license
