Responsibilities:
- Preferred experience in Litigation and Personal Injury
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, offering case updates, gathering details, and managing court dates.
- Conduct research to support ongoing legal cases.
- Draft and review legal documents.
- Investigate facts to aid in the resolution of legal disputes.
- Ensure compliance with applicable state and federal regulations.
- Maintain and organize client records.
