Our client is a Top #10 national CPA firm that is performing a very select search for a talented Managing Director to join its team in Boston, MA, on a hybrid schedule.
Benefits:
- Base Salary: $250,000 - $600,000

Qualifications:
- 10 years’ experience in public accounting in a supervisory position.
- CPA License or equivalent
- Working knowledge of the application of SEC rules and regulations, including prior experience with IPO, reverse merger, and SPAC transactions.
- Understanding of and experience with the application and research of U.S. GAAP and relevant auditing standards.
