We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in providing occupational therapy services under the supervision of the Therapy Manager to help individuals develop, recover, and improve the skills needed for daily living and working.
Responsibilities:
- Follow treatment plans developed in collaboration with the therapy care team
- Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and activities
- Monitor and document patient progress
- Educate patients and their families on therapy procedures

Qualifications:
- Associate's degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Current state licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
- Experience in a long term care facility and familiarity with long term care rules and regulations
- Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and occupational health
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
