Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Occupational Therapist in implementing treatment plans
• Provide hands-on therapy to help residents improve mobility and daily activities
• Monitor progress and document resident care
• Educate residents and families on therapy exercises and techniques
  
  

Qualifications

• Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) license
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Passion for working with elderly residents
