Description
Key Responsibilities/Duties Provide daily maintenance of trees, shrubs, turf, planting beds and potted plants throughout the campus.

Provide timely inspections of entire campus grounds, planting beds, trees & shrubs. Develop schedules for pesticide, fertilizer applications & carry plans out. Consult with Environmental Services Department to help solve problems with lawn care or other grounds care/appearance issues. Keep Director informed of unresolved problems & other grounds related issues. |

Review and develop annual and long-range plans for grounds care and landscaping to prioritize upgrades and additions. |
||
|
Serve as principal staff liaison for the Resident Council Gardens and Grounds Committee. |
||
|
Oversee all vendors for Exterior Grounds work, concrete, and etc. |
||
