· Payroll/Certified Payroll, including quarterly and year end reporting
· Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
· Cash Management
· Human Resource Functions
· Insurance Audit Prep
· Year-end Prep for Accountant
· Government Compliance
· Alcohol/Drug Test Administration
. Vehicle Registrations
Skills
· Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize
· Strong work ethic and attention to detail
· Have the ability to work independently and supervise others
· Experience with Microsoft Office products
· Experience with accounting software
· Good written and verbal communication skills
· Experience with cost accounting, WIP and job costing a plus
