Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid background in schedule management and human resources. This role is essential in ensuring that the office runs smoothly and efficiently, providing support to both staff and clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries.
- Maintain accurate filing systems for both physical and electronic documents.
- Assist with human resources tasks, including onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
- Develop and implement training programs for staff development.
- Coordinate office supplies inventory and procurement to ensure availability of necessary materials.
-Running errands off-site as needed, picking up parts orders, etc.
- Support administrative functions by performing clerical tasks as needed.
- Communicate effectively with team members to facilitate collaboration and address any operational issues.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role in a professional setting.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy in all tasks performed.
Proficiency with Quickbooks is preferred but not included.
This position's hours can be flexible but will require at minimum 16 hours every week.
Our standard business hours are 8:00am - 4:30pm M-F.
