What You’ll Do
Brex has an abundance of opportunities to develop tech-enabled infrastructure and applications to drive GTM productivity, measured by pipeline dollars, conversion rates, revenue, and customer retention. This role will drive key initiatives to work with a dedicated Engineering team and set of cross-functional partners to develop tech-enabled tooling, infrastructure, and applications to support Brex’s revenue growth and retention.
Historically, Work In This Domain Has Included Outbound Automation, AI Agents For GTM Workflows, Developing Best-in-class GTM Data And Data Workflows, Tools For Account Prioritization, And More. As a Member Of The Growth Product Team, You’ll Build Systems And Products To Drive One Or More Key Metrics For The Company Such As
This role will be based in either our New York City office. You must be willing to work in the office at least 2 days per week on Wednesday and Thursday. Employees will be able to work remotely for up to 4 weeks per year, for a minimum of one week at a time.
Responsibilities
The expected salary range for this role is $184,000 - $230,000. However, the starting base pay will depend on a number of factors including the candidate’s location, skills, experience, market demands, and internal pay parity. Depending on the position offered, equity and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package.

Responsibilities
- Own a key GTM related metric, and build a product strategy and roadmap to tackle that metric.
- Embed deeply within different parts of the GTM function to identify bottlenecks and improvements for workflow automation, optimization, and improvements — and scope out how to address them.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners, including Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Legal, IT and more, to deliver high impact projects that move the needle for team metrics. Influence and learn from stakeholders across the company.
- Helping build up Brex’s Growth Product function from 0 -> 1.
- Set and measure against clear team input and output goals, working closely with an engineering manager and engineers directly to get in the weeds on project prioritization, tradeoffs, and problem-solving.
- Dive deep into GTM funnel, pipeline, and conversion metrics. Pull out relevant insights and apply them to new and existing projects to drive key GTM metrics for Brex.
- Relevant experience: 3 years of experience in product or management consulting, ideally with direct responsibility or experience scaling products and GTM systems.
- Analytical sense: You show aptitude and appetite for using data to inform your decision-making. Basic SQL proficiency strongly preferred.
- Communication: You have experience working and communicating with senior leaders and executives and influencing stakeholders across departments and functions. This includes knowing how to build trust and working relationships across Marketing, Sales, CRMX/Business Systems, IT, Legal, and more
