About The Role
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Sr. Product Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving the success of our suite of products. As a Sr. Product Manager at Thesis, you will lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, and will be responsible for developing products that resonate with our target audience while adhering to the highest standards of quality and efficacy.
How You'll Make an Impact :
- Define and execute the growth and conversion rate optimization strategy, focusing on improving website performance, funnel efficiency, and customer lifetime value (LTV).
- Lead and prioritize a roadmap of A / B tests, multivariate experiments, and other initiatives to optimize key performance metrics (e.g., conversion rate, bounce rate, time-to-purchase).
- Partner with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, engineering, etc to conceptualize, develop, and implement growth-focused features and optimizations.
- Analyze user behavior, product performance, and conversion data to identify friction points and opportunities for improvement.
- Own the end-to-end process for growth experiments, from ideation and hypothesis creation to execution, analysis, and iteration.
- Monitor, report, and communicate the performance of growth initiatives, using KPIs and dashboards to drive data-backed decisions.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure seamless implementation of optimizations and improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and techniques in CRO, growth hacking, and product management to identify new opportunities.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with Thesis' brand vision, customer needs, and market trends.
- Create and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer feedback, business goals, and industry trends.
- Define clear product requirements, ensuring alignment with customer expectations, regulatory standards, and technical feasibility.
- Monitor product performance, gather feedback, and iterate on products to drive continuous improvement and maintain relevance in the market.
- Utilize data and analytics to measure product success, identify opportunities for optimization, and inform future product decisions.

That said, our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of our total rewards package, which also includes comprehensive benefits and equity. The base salary hiring range for this position is $160,000-175,000, but the final compensation offer will ultimately be based on the candidate's location, skill level and experience.
