Role Summary :
As our Full Life Cycle Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to offer acceptance. This role requires a proactive, strategic thinker who can partner with hiring managers, develop effective hiring strategies, and ensure an outstanding candidate experience. While experience in legal recruiting is a plus, we welcome applicants with a strong background in full-cycle recruitment across various industries.
Key Responsibilities :
- Own the full recruitment process – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and managing offers.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking events, and referrals.
- Manage and optimize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to ensure a streamlined hiring process.
- Provide guidance on hiring best practices, interview techniques, and structured hiring processes.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
- Track and analyze recruiting metrics to optimize hiring efficiency.
- Represent the firm at career fairs, networking events, and external recruiting initiatives.
