As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic Full Life Cycle Recruiter to help us attract top-tier talent and ensure we build a team that aligns with our mission and values.

Role Summary :

As our Full Life Cycle Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to offer acceptance. This role requires a proactive, strategic thinker who can partner with hiring managers, develop effective hiring strategies, and ensure an outstanding candidate experience. While experience in legal recruiting is a plus, we welcome applicants with a strong background in full-cycle recruitment across various industries.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Own the full recruitment process - sourcing, screening, interviewing, and managing offers.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking events, and referrals.
  • Manage and optimize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to ensure a streamlined hiring process.
  • Provide guidance on hiring best practices, interview techniques, and structured hiring processes.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Track and analyze recruiting metrics to optimize hiring efficiency.
  • Represent the firm at career fairs, networking events, and external recruiting initiatives.

What We're Looking For :

  • 2 years of full life cycle recruiting experience (in-house or agency).
  • Legal recruiting experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to partner with leadership and hiring managers.
  • Experience sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • General knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices.
  • A self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable approach to recruitment.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
