We are currently seeking a digital and paid media specialist to join our team. Our ideal new team member would have:
- 6 years of professional experience in paid media or digital marketing; Agency experience preferred
- Advanced knowledge of digital marketing landscape, cross-channel marketing ecosystem, paid media channels, social platforms and tactics and SEO strategies
- Proven experience managing cross-channel campaigns for multiple clients simultaneously
- Mastery of multiple paid media ads platforms, including Facebook /Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube and OLV, Google Display Network, Google AdWords, Taboola/Outbrain, etc.
- Understanding of tracking, measurement, and optimization principles (including pixel-based tracking), generating reports, developing budgets, and forecasting.
- Experience developing relationships with third-party paid media vendors to help negotiate client contracts
- Ability to work and learn independently; adept at managing time and team to ensure delivery of multiple projects within established deadlines and budgets
- Strong research, writing, editing and client interaction skills
Responsibilities Include:
- Design, execute and optimize integrated digital marketing campaigns to supplement client programs or as stand-alone assignments.
- Work at all levels of implementation depending on assignment – lead, do and teach.
- Lead all digital campaign budgets, performance monitoring, optimizations, adjustments, and results reporting.
- Participate in thought leadership and new business activities on behalf of the agency
- Provide expertise and insights across teams to add value and act as a resource to all teams to integrate digital strategies into accounts.
- Source and manage third-party vendor and contractor relationships that enhance agency offering.
- Help keep team and clients current with digital trends and best practices.
