Job Description:
- As a Business Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing financial records, processing payments, and providing exceptional customer service.
- You will work closely with the corporate office and family members to resolve billing-related issues.
- Your attention to detail and organizational skills will ensure seamless operations and accurate information sharing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
- SNF BOM or Assistant BOM experience essential.
- Working knowledge of PCC, census, Medicaid, and Medicare necessary.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
