Accounts Payable / Payroll Accounting Specialist Responsibilities :

  • As an accounts payable / payroll accounting specialist, you will obtain and review invoices
  • You will post accounts payable to software with correct GL distribution.
  • You will be responsible for tracking monthly bills and filing.
  • You will process check runs and manual check requests.
  • You will work with vendors on outstanding invoice issues.
  • You will review and process payrolls
  • You will record payrolls
  • You will reconcile bank statements
  • You will prepare financial statements
  • You will support month-end and year-end close

    • Requirements :

    Accounts Payable / Payroll Accounting Specialist Qualifications :

  • One year plus experience in accounts payable, payroll and accounting.
  • Accounting degree preferred.
  • Healthcare background preferred.
  • Proficiency with Excel, Word, and other Office suite products.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
