As a liaison between the corporate office and family members, the Business Office Manager addresses billing-related inquiries and completes therapy verifications by rerunning eligibilities to ensure accurate information is provided.
This position requires excellent time management skills, a high degree of organization, and working knowledge of PCC, census, Medicaid, and Medicare. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent is also required, along with experience as an SNF Business Office Manager or Assistant Business Office Manager.
