Job Description
The Business Office Manager will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and serving as a liaison between our corporate office and family members.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately record and maintain resident financial information.
- Process daily deposits and credit card payments in a timely manner.
- Respond to billing-related inquiries from family members in a professional and courteous manner.
- Verify therapy services and ensure accurate eligibility information is provided.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Experience in SNF settings required.
- Familiarity with PCC, census, Medicaid, and Medicare.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Compensation
$55,000 - $65,000 per year.
