Job Description

The Business Office Manager will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and serving as a liaison between our corporate office and family members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately record and maintain resident financial information.
  • Process daily deposits and credit card payments in a timely manner.
  • Respond to billing-related inquiries from family members in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Verify therapy services and ensure accurate eligibility information is provided.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Experience in SNF settings required.
  • Familiarity with PCC, census, Medicaid, and Medicare.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Compensation

$55,000 - $65,000 per year.
