Job Title: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW/LCPC)

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and implementation of social services programs in our facilities.
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff, including mental health professionals and support staff.
• Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities such as wellness recovery action plans, illness management and recovery, dual diagnosis, and trauma-informed care.
• Oversee the implementation of treatment programs and ensure quality care delivery.
• Coordinate referrals to external services when necessary.
• Develop and coordinate educational in-services for staff.
• Provide clinical case supervision to treatment personnel.
• Evaluate potential residents for admission.
• Design Performance Improvement Project tools to enhance care delivery.

Requirements:

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW or LCPC) degree required.
• Minimum two years of experience in direct care of individuals with psychiatric disorders.
• Three years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to act decisively and delegate authority.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
