Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and implementation of social services programs in our facilities.
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff, including mental health professionals and support staff.
- Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities such as wellness recovery action plans, illness management and recovery, dual diagnosis, and trauma-informed care.
- Oversee the implementation of treatment programs and ensure quality care delivery.
- Coordinate referrals to external services when necessary.
- Develop and coordinate educational in-services for staff.
- Provide clinical case supervision to treatment personnel.
- Evaluate potential residents for admission.
- Design Performance Improvement Project tools to enhance care delivery.
Requirements:
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW or LCPC) degree required.
- Minimum two years of experience in direct care of individuals with psychiatric disorders.
- Three years of supervisory experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to act decisively and delegate authority.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
