Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities:
- Provide Direct Care to Residents
- Supervise Activities Performed by Nursing Assistants
- Promptly Chart and Maintain Documentation for Residents
- Prepare and Administer Medications
- Develop and Maintain Positive Working Relationships with Team Members
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or Higher
- Valid, Current Nursing License in Illinois
- Current CPR Certification
