What are the responsibilities and job description for the Patient Care Companion position at BRIA?
We are seeking a highly motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of patient care and be able to lift, turn, move, position, and transport residents safely. You will also be responsible for assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
A current and valid nursing assistant certification in Illinois is required, as well as previous experience in skilled nursing preferred. No abuse records and the ability to read and write, understand and follow written and oral directions, and communicate and work well with residents and staff members are also essential requirements.
