Responsibilities:
- Assist with lifting, turning, moving, positioning, and transporting residents in a safe and dignified manner.
- Support residents with grooming, quality of life, and self-care activities.
- Perform restorative and rehabilitative procedures as instructed by healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate records and charts in a timely manner.
- Create and maintain a warm and welcoming atmosphere in the nursing home.
Qualifications:
- Certified nursing assistant certification in the State of Illinois.
- No abuse records or convictions.
- Ability to read, write, and spell, as well as understand and follow written and oral directions.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- English language proficiency.
Requirements:
- Valid deemed nurse aide certification in the State of Illinois.
- Prompt and regular attendance.
- A minimum of 1 year of CNA work experience.
- Availability for evening shifts only (2:00pm-10:00pm).
Compensation: $15-$21.50 per hour, paid at 90 and 180 days of employment. Bonus details available upon request.
