Responsibilities:

- Collaborate closely with our passionate merchandising team to understand product requirements and ensure smooth production processes, while also infusing your creative ideas.

- Embrace the entire production cycle, from sourcing raw materials to the final delivery, and be the driving force behind the smooth and exciting execution.

- Coordinate with our suppliers and manufacturers, forming strong relationships to monitor production timelines, ensure top-notch quality control, and maintain adherence to specifications.

- Leverage your strong denim wash background to oversee the development and implementation of denim wash processes, constantly striving for high-quality finishes and jaw-dropping effects that will make heads turn.

- Work closely with our talented design and development teams to bring their imaginative product concepts to life, translating them into production-ready specifications with a focus on fabric selection, trims, and finishes that will set trends.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate product costing, pricing, and margin analysis, while also bringing your unique perspective to the table.

- Actively participate in product development meetings, sharing your insights and recommendations to enhance product design and functionality, because we believe in collaboration and the power of great minds working together.

- Assist in managing the sample approval process, including fit sessions, and communicate any necessary revisions to our suppliers with enthusiasm and professionalism.

- Stay ahead of the curve by staying updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and new manufacturing technologies, using your knowledge to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.

- Support our vibrant merchandising team in range planning, assortment creation, and product presentation activities, injecting your creative energy and denim wash expertise to create a captivating and exciting product lineup.

Requirements:

- A bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Product Development, or a related field that demonstrates your dedication to the industry.

- Proven experience as a Production Coordinator or in a similar role within the fashion industry, showcasing your ability to juggle multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- A strong background in denim wash processes, reflecting your deep understanding of various techniques and finishes that sets you apart.

- Sound knowledge of merchandising principles, product development cycles, and production processes, showing your holistic approach to the fashion business.

- Excellent organizational and project management skills, allowing you to shine as you effortlessly multitask and meet deadlines in an environment that's never short on excitement.

- A keen eye for detail and exceptional problem-solving abilities, always approaching challenges with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
