Brian Cox Mechanical, Inc. (BCM), an industry leading HVAC contractor headquartered in Poway California, is looking for an experienced Customer Service Admin/Dispatcher.Duties include, but not limited to:
- Scheduling a high volume of phone calls and emails
- Service Billings
- Creating and managing POs
- Managing daily technician times
We offer competitive pay, 401k, holiday pay, vacation pay, and sick pay. Hours are Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm.
Job Requitrements:
- Must have exceptional customer service skills
- Be detail oriented
- Be able to multi-task in a faced paced environment
- Strong computer skills: Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Dispatch experience preferred, but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
