ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE – AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY B2B SALES
Location: On-site in Palm Beach Gardens, FL
Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM and 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM (alternating shifts for coast-to-coast coverage)
Compensation: $4,000-$5,000 per month (based on experience) uncapped commission

Now, we’re seeking an experienced Account Executive with a background in automotive sales, dealership services, or lead generation sales to help us expand and retain our dealer network.
What You’ll Do
As an Account Executive, your main goal will be to drive dealer acquisition and engagement. You'll prospect and close new accounts while ensuring that dealers see immediate value from our lead generation platform.
Dealer-Focused Sales & Business Development
● Present, promote, and sell IBuyCars lead generation services directly to used car dealerships.
● Identify and engage key decision-makers at independent and franchise dealerships.
● Leverage your automotive background to build credibility and trust with dealer clients.
● Respond in a timely manner to inbound calls and emails, as these will be warm leads and will need to be addressed ASAP.
● Generate outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to connect with potential dealer partners.
● Cultivate strong, long-term relationships that drive retention and repeat business.
Negotiation, Strategy & Growth
● Negotiate pricing and deal structures with dealership owners and GMs.
● Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
● Prospect for multiple dealers within each target territory to maximize your commissions.
● Provide insights and feedback from the field to help shape strategy and product development.

Preferred Experience
● Prior experience selling services, software, or leads to used car dealers is highly preferred
● Automotive industry experience (dealership, auction, or vendor side)
● Strong background in outbound sales, B2B, or account management
● Proven ability to manage a full sales cycle: prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing
● Familiarity with CRM systems and digital sales tools
