Social Media Specialist
Location: In-person, Full-Time
Salary: $45,000 annually

Brian Marketing Group is a fast-growing strategic marketing agency delivering cutting-edge digital solutions and bold brand strategies. We’re passionate about crafting meaningful content that performs — and now, we're looking for a Social Media Specialist to join our high-energy team.
This isn’t just another “content posting” job — we're looking for a self-starter who lives and breathes social media, thrives in a creative yet analytical environment, and has a sharp eye for brand identity, voice, and visual consistency.
What You’ll Do:
- Own your pages: Take full responsibility for assigned brand social channels — from concept to execution and performance tracking.
- Create engaging, on-brand content: Align tone, aesthetic, and messaging across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts).
- Shoot, direct, and star: Be comfortable behind and in front of the camera to conduct interviews, capture stories, and create original video content.
- Be mobile-first: Use your smartphone as your studio — you’re proficient with apps like CapCut, InShot, Adobe Express, VSCO, and Canva.
- Follow trends, but make them yours: Stay ahead of content and format trends — especially in short-form video and interactive storytelling.
- Track and optimize: Monitor KPIs, benchmark performance, and prepare monthly insights and recommendations.
What We’re Looking For:
- A creative, driven, and organized individual who’s comfortable managing multiple projects and shifting priorities.
- An eye for clean, compelling visuals — and the instincts to know what works where.
- Analytical thinking — you know the importance of reach, engagement, CTR, and you love experimenting to improve them.
- Strong communication skills, with the confidence to pitch content ideas, interview others, and tell stories that convert.
Bonus Points For:
- Experience in content creation for lifestyle, events, hospitality, or personal branding
- Experience shooting quick-turn content at live events
- Working knowledge of analytics tools like Meta Insights, Later, or Sprout Social
- Light editing/graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Express, etc.)
Schedule & Availability:
- Monday–Friday, full-time
- Some evenings/weekends required for events and social content capture
- Occasional travel may be required
