RESPONSIBILITIES
- Focusing on planning and execution of paid social campaigns across major social platforms for both D2C and B2B clients
- Managing social media budgets, pacing and monthly spend reconciliation for all assigned accounts.
- Developing creative insights and optimizations that include copy, headlines, CTA, and A/B testing
- Buying and optimizing media within Business Manager of multiple social platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, Snapchat)
- Analyzing and reporting on paid metrics within platform
- Staying on the pulse of industry updates and releases and transforming into testing and learning opportunities
Required Skills/Experience:
- 2-4 years of experience managing social media ad campaigns and working directly in Facebook Business Manager
- Preferred experience working with product catalogs and pixels within Business Manager
- 2-4 years communicating with clients and meeting expectations/deadlines
- Agency background preferred but not required
- Understanding of basic Google Analytics functionality and reporting
- Ability to tell a meaningful story rooted in data-based insights
- Ability to analyze raw data and formulate insights for client strategy
- Excellent writing, grammar and communication skills
- Problem-solver mindset, heavy attention to detail and flawless execution on all assigned tasks
- Ability to prioritize ruthlessly and manage multiple projects at once
- Strong interest in advertising
- Team player, eager to learn, proactive, adaptable and flexible
- Willingness and ability to work evenings and weekends (if needed)
