At Briar Cliff Financial Services, we're seeking an experienced professional to lead our commercial lending team. As an Executive Director of Commercial Lending, you'll be responsible for developing business relationships with local real estate developers and investors, originating and closing commercial real estate loans, and managing customer pipelines to ensure efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial mortgage loan origination, commercial real estate investment underwriting, credit analysis, cash flow modeling, and construction finance. Your expertise will enable you to negotiate loan terms and fees, ensure that loan transactions are properly documented and closed in accordance with approved terms and conditions, and market financial products and services to existing and prospective customers.
You'll work closely with company principals to complete mortgage lending and brokerage transactions, collect and analyze customer financial information for multifaceted and/or complex borrowers, and stay current on changes in lending standards, industry practices, and legal/compliance requirements.
