• Preparing and administering medications according to individualized care plans.
• Maintaining accurate records of medication administration, including dosages, times, and resident responses.
• Providing emotional support and companionship to residents during medication administration and throughout the day.
• Communicating effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions and minimize errors.

Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A Certified License for QMA (Qualified Medication Aide) or CMA (Certified Medication Aide).
• Experience as a QMA or CMA in a long-term care or home care setting is a plus.
• A High School Diploma or equivalent.
