Responsibilities of this role include preparing, administering, and documenting medications for residents, maintaining accurate records of medication distribution, leisure activities, incidents, and observations, and verifying that any medications brought into the health campus by newly admitted residents are examined and identified by the attending physician or facility pharmacy or pharmacist. You'll also participate in daily nursing report and electronic documentation, assist residents with daily needs, observe and report changes in residents' condition, and make independent decisions when warranted.
