We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office, including but not limited to handling incoming calls, scheduling appointments, managing office supplies, and providing administrative support to the team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a strong attention to detail. Our objective is for you to proficiently, with a coworker, run every aspect of the office. This includes payroll, scheduling and being strong in quick books , bank reconciliations and banking in general. As well as being able to communicate well with customers and employees.
Responsibilities:
- Payroll and other accounting tasks.
- Organize and maintain filing systems.
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Greet visitors and answer phone calls.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Provide administrative support to staff members.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
