Day-to-Day Responsibilities: As a full-time B2B Sales Manager, you’ll enjoy a flexible schedule (typically Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM) with minimal travel. In this role, you will be at the core of our organization, connecting with clients to provide tailored health insurance solutions. Each day will start with engaging conversations with clients, addressing their questions, and helping them choose the best options while clearly explaining their benefits.
You’ll also play a key role in training and mentoring other team members. Regular sales meetings and training will ensure you're always improving and staying ahead.
