About the Role :
As a Sales Manager you ll actively support your team s success by providing live assistance during their sales calls offering expert guidance and helping close deals when needed. In addition you ll oversee team operations handle overflow calls when necessary and provide ongoing coaching to develop and strengthen your team.
This role requires someone who is handson resultsoriented and passionate about leading by example.
Responsibilities :
- Act as a player / coach balancing sales responsibilities with team leadership.
- Join team members live calls as needed to provide realtime support and help close deals .
- Take overflow calls as required to manage lead flow and meet team goals.
- Provide regular coaching and feedback to develop team members skills and confidence.
- Collaborate with leadership to implement sales strategies and optimize team performance.
- Monitor and report on team metrics identifying areas for improvement.
- Participate in live events to support the team and drive sales.
