Door to Door Flyer Distribution

Job Overview:
We are looking for energetic, self-motivated individuals to distribute real estate flyers door-to-door. As an independent contractor, you’ll have the freedom to set your own schedule and work at your own pace, with the potential to earn $4000 or more per month. This role is perfect for students or anyone seeking a flexible, part-time opportunity that still allows high earning potential. What You’ll Do:

• Distribute flyers door-to-door in residential neighborhoods.
• Track distribution routes using your smartphone (Runkeeper app).
• Maintain consistency in your schedule, ensuring at least 10 hours per week (work as many hours as you want, even up to 80 ).

What We’re Looking For:

• Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and consistently.
• Reliability: Candidates must be dependable and committed to completing weekly distribution targets.
• Fitness and Stamina: Walking or other movement (e.g., jogging, skateboarding) for extended periods is essential.
• Professionalism: Ability to handle interactions with homeowners courteously, even if some are grumpy.

• A smartphone for tracking distribution routes.
• Physical fitness for consistent walking or movement.
• 1099 Independent Contractor: Self-employment allows for schedule flexibility, but consistent performance is key.

Compensation Structure:

• Base Pay: $20-$25/hour (based on flyers distributed per hour)
