We have been retained by Becker Pumps, located in Cuyahoga Falls, OH, as they are seeking a Operations Director to join their team.
This role is based in Northeast Ohio, and our client is prioritizing candidates who reside in the region. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
Becker North America is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Operations Director to lead their supply chain, logistics, warehouse, and operational functions across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico.
This critical role ensures seamless delivery of pumps, parts, and systems while driving efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Reporting to the Regional President & GM, the Operations Director will align closely with Sales, Service, Business Development, and Becker’s global teams to execute regional strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead supply chain, warehouse, and logistics operations to optimize efficiency and meet customer expectations.
- Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with Becker’s global standards.
- Oversee quality control, performance metrics, and process improvements.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and Becker Germany to drive alignment and growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- 5 years of managerial experience in operations, supply chain, or logistics.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel within North America.
- Fluency in English; German is a plus.
