Business Analyst - Tableau Expert

We are looking for a Business Analyst - Tableau Visualization Expert with strong SQL programming skills to support our Integrated Fulfillment Planning (IFP) function. In this role, you will be responsible for building insightful, interactive Tableau dashboards and writing SQL queries to support omnichannel decision-making across our supply chain organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build dynamic, interactive dashboards using Tableau to visualize complex data sets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into impactful data visualizations.
• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and prepare data from databases, data warehouses, and other sources.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights related to inventory and supply chain planning.
• Build data models and visual narratives that are clear and intuitive for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Document data sources, models, dashboards, and visualization logic for transparency and long-term maintenance.
• Participate in data governance and data quality initiatives to ensure accuracy and integrity of reporting.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams in supply chain, logistics, and IT to align data strategies and deliverables.
• Stay current on best practices and updates in Tableau and SQL to ensure high performance and innovation.

Required Qualifications

• 4 years of experience developing complex Tableau dashboards
• Intermediate to advanced SQL skills, including query optimization and data modeling
• Strong understanding of data visualization principles and storytelling techniques
• Experience working with large and complex datasets, ideally in a business or supply chain environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related analytical field (Master’s degree preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, Teradata, and/or SQL Server
• Knowledge of supply and inventory planning or manufacturing operations
• Familiarity with data governance and quality assurance processes
