We are seeking a Product Logistics Specialist is responsible for managing the lifecycle of inventory within a centralized space, ensuring seamless product movement and reducing inefficiencies in product handling. This role supports product management teams and ensures timely availability and organization of products while providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete lifecycle of inventory, including receipt, unboxing, organizing, storing, and retrieval of products.
- Coordinate on-campus delivery of products to reduce delays and minimize product loss.
- Conduct inventory audits, cycle counts, and maintain accurate on-hand merchandise records.
- Process inbound staging, receiving, and outbound shipping of merchandise, including inventory liquidations.
- Create and manage packing lists for shipping and carnets.
- Coordinate the return of merchandise post-production.
- Maintain and organize sample, product, and prop storage areas.
- Work with clients, vendors, and logistics providers to resolve missing sample issues.
- Support Product Inventory Leads, Managers, and Seasonal Product Management Teams.
- Serve as a resource for tenants, adhering to policies and protocols for security, access, and availability.
- Validate the effectiveness of process changes.
- Contribute to a problem-solving community within the product management team.
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, or related fields preferred but not required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in shipping, receiving, customer service, retail, or stockroom environments.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and full working knowledge of the MS Office Suite.
- Familiarity with tools such as Airtable, Tableau, SAP, Keynote, or any Warehouse Management System (WMS) is a plus.
