Product Designer – Footwear Prototyping & CNC Machining

we are seeking for a Product Designer to support early footwear concept development. You will work with cross-functional teams to create digital and physical prototypes, solving design challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive digital creation from ideation to prototype
• Produce digital assets and physical samples to support design intent
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, developers, and technicians
• Communicate technical solutions to overcome design challenges
• Manage projects effectively in a fast-paced environment

Key Requirements

• 7–10 years’ experience as a CNC machinist/programmer.
• Experience with Okuma, Makino, and DMG Mori CNC machines.
• Strong problem-solving and technical skills.
• Passion for hands-on work and innovation.
• Ability to collaborate and manage projects effectively.
