Strategic Planner

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Planner to support strategic business initiatives, drive organizational alignment, and deliver measurable business results. This role will focus on short-term and long-term business direction, goals, processes, and strategic purchases. The ideal candidate will be a utility player with strong strategy experience, capable of running cross-functional projects, engaging stakeholders, and presenting insights in high-impact meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Analysis & Planning:

• Develop strategic plans to ensure sustainable growth and profitability.
• Conduct environmental scans, organizational positioning analyses, and related studies.
• Identify, investigate, evaluate, and negotiate acquisitions, divestitures, licensing opportunities, and strategic business alliances that align with organizational long-range goals.

Strategic Business Planning Process:

• Drive a clear and structured planning process, ensuring all corporate planning deliverables are met.
• Monitor factors that necessitate strategy redirection and provide actionable recommendations.

Performance Measurement:

• Lead the development of strategic initiatives and objectives for the current and three-year strategic plans at the regional level.
• Collaborate with business units and functions to ensure alignment and integration of objectives.
• Identify relevant performance measures and drive accountability for ongoing progress against objectives.
• Prepare for and help lead the Quarterly Business Review (QBR) process.

Project Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement:

• Run cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
• Facilitate collaboration with diverse stakeholders across the organization.
• Present key findings, recommendations, and updates to leadership during meetings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
• Proven expertise as a business or process leader with strategic planning experience.
