What are the responsibilities and job description for the Supply Chain Analyst position at BrickRed Systems?
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Supply Chain Analyst to work on client, with a specific focus on Onboarding accounts onto EDI (Electronic Data Interchange). This is a fast pace, highly cross-functional role that spans across client's entire end to end supply chain while also impacting external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage EDI onboarding for new accounts, ensuring seamless ordering and data flow.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration, overseeing meetings, deadlines, and documentation.
- Track project progress and provide stakeholder updates.
- Communicate EDI process changes clearly and effectively.
- Identify and resolve issues to enhance efficiency and profitability.
- Ensure timely and accurate information sharing with internal and external partners.
- Work closely with Sales, Global Tech, Compliance, and other key teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, experience, and training.
- 4 years of relevant experience (5-7 years preferred) in supply chain, finance, performance management, or related fields.
- Proficiency in digital tools – MS Office, Advanced Excel, SAP, Cognos, and Tableau.
- Experience in supply chain operations, S&OP, and performance management.
