Marketplace Supply Chain (MSC) team is responsible for enabling the best Nike consumer experience by offering the right supply chain and fulfillment services where it matters, and by getting the right product, to the right place, at the right time - in a profitable way. Who we are looking for :
You will be working on the Marketplace Partners portion of the NA MSC team, with a specific focus on Onboarding accounts onto EDI (Electronic Data Interchange). This is a fast pace, highly cross-functional role that spans across the entire end to end supply chain while also impacting external partners. You will help quarterback this onboarding process, with the help of a Process Manager and a Process Analyst on the MSC team. Onboarding these new accounts is a top priority, enabling customers to simplify their ordering process through EDI.
Key experiences to gain in this role include Supply Chain / Account & Channel collaboration and indirect influence and leadership. We are seeking an individual who can problem solve, and story tell through critical thinking and facts. This individual will build cross-functional partnerships and have change management exposure. We are looking for someone who can problem solve against issues under tight timelines and come up with alternatives when appropriate.
Based on the above responsibilities you must be a team player able to comfortably navigate a matrix work environment and excel as a self-directed individual. An ideal candidate has a background in retail supply chain planning & operations, shows passion for the consumer, vision for innovation, and an appetite for aggressive growth.
What you will work on :
- Lead the Onboarding Process for accounts to enable ordering and data transmission through EDI.
- Drive cross functional collaboration including but not limited to : meetings, deadlines, key stages, issues, needed documentation.
- Track all project statuses and provide updates at various meetings to keep all stakeholder in the loop on progress.
- Provide clear and concise communications around updates to the EDI Onboarding Process.
- Understand, evaluate, and consult on issues as they arise and implement solutions that speed up decision enablement and drive productivity and profitability.
- Ensure quality, timely relevant information is in place to ensure clarity and visibility for internal & external partners.
- Develop and maintain close collaboration with key partners across the matrix (Sales, Global Tech, Center Serve, Customer Master Data and Compliance, Testing).
