Social Media Manager (Marketing, Instagram, YouTube)

Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Short-Form Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in filming, editing, and posting engaging content for social media platforms like Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok. This role also involves photography, responding to comments, and occasionally assisting with packing orders for our online store.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Film and edit high-quality short-form content in our shop, highlighting our custom LEGO accessories and minifigures.
• Capture professional photos of products for marketing and social media.
• Plan and execute engaging content that aligns with our brand and current trends.
• Post content across multiple platforms and optimize for each audience.
• Monitor and respond to comments, engaging with our online community.
• Assist with packing and shipping online orders when needed.
• Maintain an organized workspace and ensure equipment is in good working condition.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills

• Strong video shooting and editing skills (experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools preferred).
• Experience with photography and basic photo editing (Adobe Lightroom or Photoshop a plus).
• Knowledge of social media trends and algorithms for short-form content.
• Strong attention to detail with a creative mindset.
• Ability to plan, organize, and execute tasks efficiently.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Required Education and Experience

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Previous experience creating and managing social media content.
• Experience with e-commerce or fulfillment work is a plus.

Hourly Pay Range: $18.00-$25.00 based on skill level upon starting.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
