Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Executive Director to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing all areas of need for the organization, including management in fiscal, operational, program development, community relations, and board relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Led the facility management staff in developing a business plan that focuses on all aspects of facility operations.
- Monitored department activities, communicated policies, evaluated performance, provided feedback, assisted, observed, coached, and disciplined as needed.
- Oversaw regular rounds to monitor delivery of nursing care, operation of support departments, cleanliness and appearance of the facility, moral of the staff, and ensured resident needs were being addressed.
- Exhibited positive customer service to internal and external customers through ongoing support and implementation of customer service initiatives and business objectives.
- Utilized survey information to address areas of importance defined by customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Currently licensed as Health Facility Administrator in state of practice.
- Completion of EDIT Program and/or prior experience as an Executive Director.
- Experience in performance management and effective leadership.
- Ability to travel, including overnight stays.
