About the Role:
As Executive Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of facility operations, including fiscal and operational management, program development, and community relations. You will lead a team of professionals who are dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and service.
Your primary responsibilities will include developing and implementing business plans, monitoring departmental activities, communicating policies, evaluating performance, and providing feedback and coaching to staff members.
You will also be responsible for ensuring that consultants and other support resources are appropriately utilized, and maintaining a high level of interdepartmental teamwork.
