We are seeking an experienced Nurse Supervisor- Health Care to oversee the delivery of high-quality nursing care to residents. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing resident needs, developing individualized care plans, and supervising licensed nurses and other personnel.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess resident needs and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
- Supervise licensed nurses and other personnel to ensure delivery of quality care.
- Evaluate nursing care outcomes and implement improvements as needed.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with physicians, families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Promote a culture of resident-centered care and advocate for resident rights and dignity.
Requirements
- Mastery of current nursing practices and standards.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- CPR certification required within 90 days of hire.
