We rely on and trust our Unit Manager (RN) to provide independent supervision of the delivery of care to a group of residents in a nursing unit.
The Unit Manager is responsible for assessing resident needs, developing individual care plans, administering nursing care, and evaluating nursing care.
They supervise Licensed Practical Nurses, Care Specialists (CNA), and other personnel, including other RNs.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care that is outcome-focused through the utilization of the nursing process.
- Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with residents, their families, and the interdisciplinary care team.
- Implement care plans consistently, effectively, and efficiently, with a focus on resident-centered outcomes.
- Work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to share relevant information and adjust care plans as needed.
Qualifications:
- Must hold a current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the practicing state.
- Must hold a current CPR certification. Licensed nursing staff are required to obtain their CPR certification within 90 days of hire.
- Recent clinical experience, education, or specialty skills specific to geriatrics.
- Must be capable of maintaining regular attendance.
