Job Title: Part-Time Social Media Manager

Brickyard Hollow Brewing Co. is a fast-growing brewery and restaurant known for our craft brews, delicious and unique pizzas, and community involvment. We looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Manager to round out our growing marketing team!
Role Overview:
As our Social Media Manager, you will oversee our social media presence, engaging our audience with dynamic content that reflects the essence of our brewery/restaurant. You’ll help grow our following, build our brand, and drive foot traffic to our locations. This role offers exciting opportunities for growth within the company as we continue to expand our brand and presence.
Responsibilities:
- Report directly to the Head of Marketing, providing updates on performance, campaigns, and goals. Develop and implement a content calendar for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and Google.
- Work alongside the marketing team to develop and refine a comprehensive social media strategy.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging posts that highlight our brews, food offerings, events, community involvement, and brand personality.
- Produce content for TikTok and Instagram Reels, utilizing video editing skills to craft eye-catching, shareable posts.
- Monitor social media trends, comments, and messages, responding to followers in a timely and friendly manner.
- Collaborate with the team to promote specials, events, and seasonal offerings.
- Analyze social media performance using analytics tools and provide insights for improvement.
- Capture in-house photos and videos to showcase our restaurants' ambiance and offerings.
- Stay updated on best practices for social media marketing within the food and beverage industry.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience managing social media accounts for a business, preferably in the food and beverage or hospitality industry.
- Proficiency with Instagram, Facebook, Google Ads, and TikTok. Experience with Reels and video editing is a plus.
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Creativity and an eye for design, with basic photo and video editing abilities.
- Familiarity with social media scheduling tools like Buffer etc.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or equivalent experience.
- Passion for craft beer and food is a plus!
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
