CWI / QC

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Enforce Quality Standards – Oversee layout, assembly, and installation, ensuring compliance with AISC and AWS certifications at all times.



• Hold Teams Accountable – Conduct worker evaluations, implement disciplinary actions when necessary, and drive a culture of excellence.


• Troubleshoot & Problem-Solve – Quickly resolve quality issues to keep production moving and projects on track.


• Collaborate with the Team – Work closely with production staff and leadership to maintain efficiency and precision.



• Operate Tools & Equipment – Utilize electrical and hand tools as needed to inspect and verify quality standards.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Experience in the structural steel industry with in-depth knowledge of welding, AISC, and AWS standards.



• CWI Certification (required).


• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.


• 5 years of experience (or a combination of education and experience).


• Forklift experience is a plus.



• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

• Fast-paced, high-energy environment.



• Occasional bending, stooping, crouching, and prolonged standing.


• Ability to safely lift 80 lbs as needed.



• Comfortable working in noisy environments.

Position Details:

• Hours: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 AM EST (Overtime as needed).



• Full-time, Exempt position with benefits eligibility after 90 days.



• Travel: Occasional, up to 20% as needed.
