We are looking for an enthusiastic Entry Level Event Associate to join our events team. In this role you will assist in the planning and execution of our indoor/outdoor events. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in the event planning industry.
Event Associate Responsibilities:
- Assist in venue research and selection for events
- Help coordinate event specifics.
- Support the event planning process including developing schedules and timelines
- Aid in event promotion through social media, email campaigns and other channels
- Attend events to help with vendor relations and troubleshooting issues etc.
- Participate in post event recap and analysis
Event Associate Requirements:
- 0-2 years experience in events, hospitality management or a related field
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to problem solve in fast paced environments
- Availability to work occasional evenings and weekends for events
- Proficiency in MS Office and event management platforms
